Terms of Service

1. Pre-launch status
Palm6 Bay is in active development and is not yet publicly live. These terms are a plain-language summary; a formal Terms of Service will be published before public launch. By joining our Discord or submitting a whitelist application you agree to the summary below.
2. You must be 18 or older
Palm6 is an adult roleplay community. When you apply you attest that you are 18 years of age or older. We may remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor. Provide accurate information: a false age attestation is grounds for an immediate, permanent ban.
3. Your license to play
Whitelist approval grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to play on Palm6. It is permission, not ownership. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account or your whitelist access. We may suspend or revoke this license at any time, with or without notice, when the rules or these terms are broken.
4. Whitelist and conduct
Access to the city is whitelisted and free. All players must follow the community rules at all times. Staff decisions are final in the moment and may be appealed calmly through a ticket. Cheating, harassment, hate speech, and ban evasion result in a permanent ban.
5. No real-money trading
Selling, buying, or trading in-game items, currency, characters, roles, or accounts for real money (or for anything of real-world value) is strictly prohibited. Real-money trading breaks the economy and the roleplay for everyone, so it carries a permanent ban with no appeal, for every account involved.
6. Bans are at staff discretion
We enforce the rules using judgment, not a rigid formula. Depending on severity and history, staff may warn, kick, temporarily ban, or permanently ban an account, and may skip steps for serious offenses. Every staff action is logged and reviewable, and you may appeal calmly through a ticket. The zero-tolerance offenses in the community rules go straight to a permanent ban.
7. Donations and purchases
Whitelisting is always free and is never sold. Optional purchases are limited to a priority-queue order and cosmetics; they never affect the economy, department access, or in-game power, and they grant no gameplay advantage. Donations and purchases are non-refundable. They support server hosting and development, not pay-to-win. Payments are processed entirely through Tebex under the Cfx.re Creator Platform License Agreement, and Palm6 Roleplay never handles your payment details directly.
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided “as is,” without guarantee of availability. Features, systems, and pricing may change as the server develops.
