Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Short version: only what we need to run the city.

1. What we collect

When you submit a whitelist application we collect the information you provide: your Discord username, your character details, and your answers to the scenario questions. If you choose to add them, we also collect your Discord id, an email address, and any social links you share. These optional fields help staff reach you and confirm who you are. Through Discord we see your public profile and role membership. We do not collect more than we need to run the whitelist and the community.

2. Consent we record

So we have a clear record that you agreed to the rules and the terms, we store which versions you accepted, the moment you accepted them, and the IP address the application came from. The consent IP is kept only as proof of agreement and for abuse prevention. It is never shared for advertising and never sold.

3. Payments

We never see or store your payment details. All store purchases are processed by Tebex, which handles card and payment data under its own privacy policy. Palm6 Roleplay only receives confirmation of a completed purchase so the matching perk role can be granted.

4. How we use it

Application information is used only to review whitelist applications, reach you about your application, grant roles, enforce the rules, and operate department and business systems in-game. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the tools required to run the server (Discord, Tebex, and the game host).

5. Retention & removal

We keep application and moderation records for as long as your account is part of the community. You can request removal of your data at any time by contacting david@moderngrindtech.com or opening a ticket on Discord.

6. Pre-launch note

Palm6 Bay is in development. This is a plain-language summary; a formal Privacy Policy will be published before public launch.
